Job Summary: We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Business Analyst to joinour dynamic team. As an IT Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsiblefor bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Yourprimary focus will be to understand business requirements, identifyopportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with cross -functionalteams to design and implement technical solutions.KeyResponsibilities:1.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit,analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Work closely withend -users and subject matter experts to understand their needs and challenges.2. ProcessAnalysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identifyinefficiencies and areas for improvement. Propose innovative solutions toenhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.3.Technical Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear andconcise technical specifications. Collaborate with software developers, systemarchitects, and other IT teams to design appropriate solutions that align withbusiness objectives.4. SystemIntegration: Facilitate seamless integration of new systems and applicationswith existing IT infrastructure. Ensure data integrity and security duringintegration efforts.5. Testingand Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate thefunctionality and performance of the technical solutions. Address and resolveany issues identified during the testing phase.6.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of businessrequirements, technical specifications, and project progress. Ensure that allrelevant documentation is up -to -date and accessible to relevant team members.7.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, risks, andissues to business stakeholders and project teams. Maintain a strong workingrelationship with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Provenexperience (6 years) as an IT Technical Business Analyst or similar role in theIT industry.Strongunderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysismethodologies.Proficiency in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.Familiarity with project management principles and tools.Excellentanalytical and problem -solving skills.Effectivecommunication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.Strongattention to detail and organizational skills.Priorexperience in Aviation domain is a plus.
