We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Excellence Senior Manager in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and a strong background in process improvement, quality assurance, and project management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive projects towards successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Analyze data to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements and process maps.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure high standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on process improvement, quality assurance, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
