Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with strong proficiency in writing efficient and scalable Apex classes, triggers, flows, and custom Lightning components (LWC and Aura). The candidate should also have a solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, API-based integrations, and the Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
  • Build integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Lead development efforts on Experience Cloud, delivering engaging community portals and user experiences tailored to business needs.
  • Implement Salesforce's security model effectively, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access governance.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for code design, version control, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize existing workflows and code to enhance system stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Work in Agile environments, participate in sprint planning, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow Builder.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations (REST, SOAP), and external system connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience in writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code with proper error handling and bulk processing.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce's data model, sharing rules, security settings, and governance.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, including community setup, custom pages, and access management.
  • Familiar with deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce CLI) and version control systems (Git).
  • Ability to analyze and debug issues, with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture, or Data Architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Heroku for integrations.
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
