About the Role

Acmobook Experiences is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our luxury weddings team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mood board creation, event execution, and overall wedding management, ensuring every celebration is flawlessly curated and delivered.

Key Responsibilities


• Conceptualize and design wedding mood boards aligned with client preferences and themes.


• Work closely with clients to translate their vision into detailed concepts and plans.


• Manage end-to-end wedding planning, from pre-event preparations to on-ground execution.


• Oversee vendor coordination, décor implementation, and logistics management.


• Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining luxury standards.


• Provide creative inputs to elevate décor, design, and experiential elements.


• Handle client servicing with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.


• Manage budgets, negotiations, and timelines effectively.


• Troubleshoot and adapt quickly during live event execution.

Requirements


• 2–4 years of proven experience in wedding planning or luxury events.


• Strong portfolio showcasing mood boards, décor concepts, and executed events.


• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.


• Strong creative vision with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.


• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-first mindset.


• Flexibility to travel across India for wedding projects.
