About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced GTM Manager FASTag to lead and manage a large promoter workforce across multiple circles/regions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of promoter hiring, training, productivity, and program performance, while ensuring seamless collaboration with circle teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage promoter workforce across circles/regions under the FASTag program.
• Oversee hiring, availability, training, and productivity of promoters, reporting through Team Leaders and City Managers.
• Drive maximum productivity and ensure achievement of sales and program KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Circle teams including State Heads, SME Managers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Handle promoter onboarding, training, field deployment, and sales output monitoring.
• Engage with vendors (in coordination with SCM) to ensure required promoter resources on-field.
• Ensure quality acquisition of customers across circles/regions through promoters.
• Regularly track and report promoter performance using internal tools.
• Address field queries and provide solutions in coordination with backend teams.
