We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all hotel departments including Rooms, F&B, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on service quality and guest relations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement effectively.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Prepare reports and present performance reviews to management/owners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • 12+ years of experience in the hotel industry with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue management, guest service, and operational excellence.
