Role Description

This is a contract role for a JAVA API + GCP Developer with at least 9 years of experience. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Java-based microservices using the Spring Framework and other related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting software development, programming, and ensuring the integration with GCP services. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming knowledge of building API in Java for cloud environment (Docker/Containerization)
  • Preferred cloud environment is GCP, while Azure / AWS would also work.
  • Web services design and implementation using REST / SOAP and Java is a plus
  • Strong software development experience. Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing.
