Indobricks is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Candidate Key Roles and Responsibilities : -

Design and Create Marketing Materials: Develop high-quality graphics and visual elements for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, property listings, advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

Real Estate Collaterals : Create visually appealing property presentations, floor plans, site maps, and other real estate-specific materials that enhance the marketability of our listings.

Brochure Designing: Develop visually stunning and effective brochures that capture the essence of our brand and communicate key messages.

Logo Creation: Conceptualize and design unique and memorable logos that align with brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies in both graphic design and real estate to ensure our marketing materials remain current and competitive.

Photo Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch property photos to enhance their appeal, ensuring that all images used in marketing materials are of the highest quality.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

1.Understanding of Basic Designing and Concepts of Branding & marketing Design

2.Proven experience (3-4 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

3.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

4.Creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

5.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs effectively.

6.Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

7.Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
