Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist cum Tele Caller. The position is located in Ranchi. The individual will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing general administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
