Job Description – Marketing ExecutivePosition Overview

We are seeking a self-driven and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can independently handle all aspects of marketing. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels without external support. The candidate will also manage all brand social media platforms, and assist in product photo shoots and video shoots to strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).

· Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

· Manage all brand social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter (X).

· Create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to community interactions.

· Handle SEO activities to improve website ranking and traffic.

· Collaborate with Graphic Designer marketing creatives for ads, social media, and campaigns.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

· Organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

· Assist and coordinate in product photo shoots & video shoots – ensuring brand standards are maintained.

· Work with photographers/videographers and ensure shoot concepts align with brand identity.

· Generate leads, support sales with marketing material, and ensure consistent brand communication.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing (digital + offline).

· Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

· Ability to work independently without a support team.

· Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook pages.

· Good knowledge of SEO, content creation, and online branding.

· Exposure to photo/video shoot coordination.

· Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

· Self-motivated, resourceful, and result-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
