Assistant Manager - Environment

Responsibilities

As a Assistant Manager - Environment, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with the site team for the execution of the Environment Management Plan
  • Conducting frequent site visits to monitor environmental compliance
  • Ensuring adherence to environmental clearance and public hearing processes
  • Preparation and implementation of green field clearances like EC , FC and CGWA statutory clearances
  • Preparing and implementing Environment, Forest, and CGWA compliance measures
  • Liaising with the Pollution Control Board Office
  • Handling online filing of consents
  • Coordinating Form A & ToR preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with Green Clearance (EC, FC, FRA, WLC, WLMP, etc.)

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with MIS preparation
  • Knowledge of pollution control equipment and handling
  • Online filing of consents
  • Experience in Green Clearance processes

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Coordinate with site team for execution of Environment Management Plan
  • Frequent site visit
  • Sound knowledge of sustainability and ESG
Qualifications

B. Tech./M.Sc. Environment / M. Tech. Environment

  • Sound knowledge of ISO, OHS, IMS, DuPont standard etc.
  • Experience with site team for execution of Environment Management Plan.
  • Experience in Environment Clearance, Public Hearing process and forest clearance proposals.

Desired:

  • Coordinate with site team for execution of Environment Management Plan
  • Frequent site Visit.
  • Sound knowledge of Sustainability and ESG.

Experience with MIS Preparation.

2-4 Years of experience in Environment Role.
