Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Auditing:
  • Support the team in conducting internal and external audits.
  • Review and verify accuracy of financial documents.
  • Help identify audit findings and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Taxation:
  • Help with the preparation of tax returns and filings.
  • Assist with compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Accounting Support:
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing B.com, CA or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally & Excel)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
