About the role:

We're on the lookout for an Oracle EBS QA Engineer with UK Payroll expertise to join our vibrant EBS Development Team.

Working in a cross-functional, agile team, you'll collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to keep things moving and improve how we work. You'll play a key role in testing critical payroll updates, ensuring they're accurate, compliant, and ready to go. From legislative changes to system enhancements, you'll help us deliver the quality our clients rely on.

What you'll be doing:

As the Oracle EBS QA Engineer, you will:

Design and execute test plans for UK Payroll patches, legislative updates, and client-specific enhancementsCollaborate with Product Owners, Functional and Technical Analysts in an Agile frameworkValidate deliverables in client environments and ensure accuracy, compliance, and qualityAssist with complex support cases and troubleshooting alongside PSEs and support teamsContinuously improve testing processes, documentation, and service delivery standardsBuild trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality resultsEnsure ongoing compliance with internal policies and QA governance.

What we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS UK PayrollStrong QA/test planning skills in Oracle EBS environmentsDeep understanding of UK payroll legislation and end-to-end payroll processesExperience supporting multiple clients or working in third-party/consulting environments is a plusProactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to quality, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
