We are looking for an experienced *ServiceNow Lead* with strong expertise in *ServiceNow Portal and Mobile development* to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about building intuitive, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform and enjoy leading complex initiatives, we want to hear from you


* Key Responsibilities*

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of *ServiceNow Service Portal* and *Mobile* solutions.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and functionality.

* Develop and enhance modules using *JavaScript, **Client Scripts, **UI Policies*, and other ServiceNow components.

* Collaborate within an *Agile environment, using tools such as **JIRA* and *ServiceNow Agile*.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

* Ensure alignment with best practices and platform governance standards.


* Key Requirements*

*6-7+ years* of professional experience overall

*5+ years* of hands-on *ServiceNow Service Portal development* (MUST HAVE)

Strong knowledge of *Mobile development* within ServiceNow

Proficiency in *JavaScript*, Client Script, UI development, and widgets

Solid understanding of *Agile methodologies* and related tools

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills


* Nice to Have*

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications

* Experience with integrations and custom application development
