About the Role:

As a Field Operations Executive at EasyDarshan, you will play a hands-on role in supporting on-ground coordination, customer communication, documentation, and day-to-day travel execution. You will be directly involved in assisting customers, gathering information, managing scheduled activities, and ensuring smooth operational flow in designated areas. Your role contributes significantly to delivering organised and reliable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Coordination: Provide accurate travel information and guidance to customers on schedules and processes.
  2. On-Ground Support: Assist with movement at pickup points, travel hubs, and operational sites.
  3. Documentation: Collect IDs, verify details, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Scheduling Support: Help in managing customer flow and adhering to planned activity timelines.
  5. Group Assistance: Assist elderly or special-needs customers during movement.
  6. Operational Reporting: Submit daily updates, field reports, and photo documentation.
  7. Crowd Management: Manage queues, seating, and orderly group handling.
  8. Local Coordination: Engage with on-site partners or community representatives when required.
  9. Issue Addressing: Resolve minor customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  10. Process Adherence: Follow EasyDarshans operational guidelines and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Field Experience: Prior exposure to fieldwork, customer handling, or travel/event coordination.
  2. Problem-Solving: Ability to act quickly in dynamic on-ground situations.
  3. Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  4. Accuracy: High attention to detail in documentation and verification.
  5. Adaptability: Comfortable with field travel and varying operational conditions.
  6. Technical Familiarity: Use of basic mobile apps, communication tools, and entry-level reporting formats.
  7. Relationship Skills: Ability to connect well with customers and local stakeholders.
  8. Education: 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.
  9. Local Language Skills: Comfortable communicating in regional languages.
  10. Service Orientation: Empathy and patience when assisting customer groups.
