Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with exceptional written communication skills to manage our chat and email support for the European market.
The ideal candidate must have strong command over written English, excellent comprehension of European communication style and tone, and the ability to handle customers with empathy and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time customer queries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to medical certificates, doctor consultations, and other services.
- Maintain a courteous and concise writing style suited to international clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies.
- Document interactions and share feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent written English with attention to tone, grammar, and cultural nuances of European communication.
- Ability to understand and respond in a natural, fluent style, free from slang or robotic phrasing.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools, chat/email software, and standard office applications.
- Must have: Laptop/PC, power backup, stable broadband connection, and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Flexible to work 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST shift with rotational week-offs.
- Prior experience in chat/email-based customer support preferred.
