Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Executive based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, maintaining HR systems, and handling administrative tasks to support overall human resources functions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, HR Policies, and their implementation
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) and its functional processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR tools, software, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR or administrative role is an added advantage
