With a robust in-house setup for extrusion, anodizing, fabrication, and packaging, we serve leading solar EPCs and panel manufacturers. We're now looking to strengthen our core team with a dedicated and passionate Human Resource professional who can help us scale with the right people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process for technical, operational, and support staff

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads

  • Handle joining formalities and induction process

  • HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data

  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes

  • Handle statutory requirements: PF, ESI, and labor law compliance

  • Performance & Culture

  • Monitor employee performance metrics and support appraisal process

  • Plan team-building activities and ensure a healthy work culture

  • Address employee grievances and promote conflict resolution

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments

  • Coordinate technical and soft skill development programs
  • Promote a performance-driven and learning-focused culture

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setup (solar or related industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance processes
  • Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential
