  • Lead architectural design and planning, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
  • Create detailed architectural plans and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute projects successfully.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring design intent and construction quality.
  • Champion sustainable design practices (eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions).
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address client concerns.

Qualifications:

  • BArch/MArch degree in Architecture.
  • 4-5years of architectural design and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; 3D modeling experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in sustainable design and environmentally responsible architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
