**Job Title:** Commis II

**Location:** PVR INOX, Prayagraj

**Experience Required:**min. 1.5 years

**Shift Preference:** Comfortable working in night shifts also.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

· Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

· Prepare and plate menu items as per company standards.

· Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines strictly.

· Support in daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation and waste management.

· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen functioning during service hours.

Skills & Requirements:

· Min,. 1.5 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations or F&B industry.

· Basic knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

· Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.

· Flexibility to work in rotating and night shifts.

· Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
