Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX – Service Technical Consultant to join our growing CX practice. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in Oracle CX Service Cloud (B2B Service, Service Logistics, Subscription, Field Service, Install Base) with hands-on experience in custom development, integrations, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle CX Service modules.
  • Build extensions, customizations, and integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, and VBCS.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize complex reports, dashboards, and analytics for CX Service applications.
  • Support data migration, conversion, and interface development for CX modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and deliver technical support during UAT and post-go-live phases.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–15 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle CX Service Cloud technical roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in OIC (integrations, process automation), REST APIs, SOAP services, VBCS, PCS.
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, and custom reporting tools.
  • Experience in developing and supporting solutions across Service Logistics, Subscription Management, Install Base, and Field Service.
  • Knowledge of data migration, extensions, and custom object development in Oracle CX.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global delivery model.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle CX or OIC certifications.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML or Chatbot integrations with CX Service Cloud.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
