Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of data structures, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data from different sources like databases, reports, and systems, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support key business functions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and support business planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product, marketing, finance, and operations to address analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models, customer segmentation, and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of data pipelines and processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
  • ProficiencQualifications
  • y in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Shift Days - Monday to Friday WFO

Shift Timings - 10:30 to 7:30pm
