Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Service Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, particularly focused on customer service processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools.

Develop Apex triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Build reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components tailored to customer service operations.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand and implement business requirements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Support UAT, deployment, and production environments.

Conduct code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements.

Must Have Skills:

3–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong experience in:

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Auto-Launched)

SOQL/SOSL

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and configurations

Experience with Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, App Builder

Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including client interaction

Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities

Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder Certifications

Good to Have Skills:

Experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities)

Knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud

Experience with trigger frameworks and scalable code design patterns

Exposure to Salesforce CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, ANT, Jenkins)

Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles, upgrades, and new feature adoption

Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, or Service Cloud Consultant Certifications

Recent certifications such as AI Associate, Data Cloud, or AgentForce Specialist

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
