Job Title: SAP FICO Trainer

Department: Training / Learning & Development

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Trainer to train students/professionals on SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, preparing course material, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring learners gain hands-on understanding of SAP FICO.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP FI and CO modules.
  • Explain concepts in simple, clear, and practical manner.
  • Provide real-time business process examples (AP, AR, Asset Accounting, GL, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.).
  • Guide students to work on SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems with practical exercises.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

  • Prepare training materials, PPTs, assignments, and case studies.
  • Update training content based on latest SAP S/4HANA features and changes.

3. Hands-On Practice

  • Assist learners in system navigation, configuration, and end-user activities.
  • Provide practical exercises such as:
  • GL Master creation
  • Vendor/Customer configuration
  • Asset accounting setup
  • Cost center & profit center configuration
  • Integration with MM & SD modules

4. Student Support

  • Clarify doubts, conduct revision classes, and provide interview preparation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
  • Train students for certification (SAP FI/CO) and job readiness.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain attendance, performance reports, and training logs.
  • Coordinate with management for batch schedules and training updates.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Controlling (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis)
  • Integration with MM / SD

Experience

  • 2–5+ years of real-time SAP FICO experience.
  • Prior training experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,430.16 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week
