Area of responsibilities:

  • Oversee main contract and subcontracts, ensuring contractual compliance and managing claims
  • Prepare, manage and log all correspondences and issuing necessary notices
  • Claims, variation and Extra Work claims preparation
  • Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) requests and handle delay management
  • Manage dispute resolution
  • Monitor subcontractors performance and to ensure compliance and meeting timelines

Competencies: Adaptability / Flexibility.

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma - Mechanical Engineer
