Key Responsibilities:

Running Ads (Paid Media):

  • Keep up with changes in ad platforms and trends

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) :

  • Improve website rankings on Google and other search engines
  • Do keyword research and update website content
  • Fix technical SEO issues like site speed and mobile-friendliness
  • Build quality backlinks from other websites
  • Track rankings and website traffic using tools like Google Search Console
  • Work with content writers and web developers to follow SEO best practices
  • Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and send email campaigns to customers and leads
  • Segment email lists for better targeting
  • Write subject lines and content that increase opens and clicks
  • Test different email versions to improve results
  • Make sure emails follow legal rules (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM)
  • Use tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to track performance
  • Set up automated email flows for welcome, reminders, or re-engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms
  • Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and managing press outreach
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or PR/Media Relations are a plus
