Before that, we raised from Kalaari Capital, Kae Capital, and Citrix Startup Accelerator.OpportunityWe're seeking a driven Product Manager who will lead the ideation, delivery, and optimization of select AI‑powered features within our product. You will focus on executing high‑impact AI functionality under strategic guidance from the Lead AI PM.What you will be working on?Own the full product lifecycle of specific AI features: ideation-> discovery → spec → launch → adoption → post‑launch refinement → business outcomesDeliver functionality such as email auto‑tagging, sentiment detection, smart replies, summarization, or agent assistCollaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate customer needs into technical solutionsDefine success metrics (adoption, accuracy, usage), monitor performance, and iterate based on dataBe the liaison for Customer Success, GTM, Sales, and Marketing during feature rolloutStay sharp on the AI/LLM landscape (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering) to influence what–and how–we buildWhat are we looking for?5-10 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of development/programming experience and at least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI feature deliveryEngineering background is a must (CS/AI/ML/ degree or equivalent) — you must be able to engage deeply with ML and backend engineersStrong data-oriented mindset. Should be comfortable with crunching, analyzing, massaging, and driving deep product and business insights from large volumes of product and business data.Proven ability to deliver ML/AI features in fast‑moving environmentsHands‑on familiarity with AI tooling — e.g., OpenAI APIs, vector stores, prompt frameworks, Generative AI ecosystemStrong written/verbal communication and ability to write clear PRDs and user storiesA proactive, analytic mindset with solid user empathyNice To HaveExperience building support, email automation, or collaboration productsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, Pinecone, or other LLM ecosystemsBackground in data privacy, bias mitigation, or AI ethicsFamiliarity with a scripting language, e.g., Python
