Job Responsibilities

➢ Preparing Architectural & working drawings for Residential Project.

➢ Preparing Area Calculation for high rise building which include Carpet Area, Construction

Area, FSI Area.

➢ Preparing in-house working Drawing.

➢ Co-ordinate with clients & Contractors to carry out work in accordance to Design intent to

keep all construction drawing and document in orderly manner.

➢ Co-ordinate with all the internal departments/ Architect/ external consultant for various

discussions for the project.

➢ Knowledge of various details drawing(lobby details, toilet detail, railing detail, kitchen details, paving detail)

➢ Preparing sale plans as per various in-house departments.

➢ To keep all construction drawings and document in orderly manner

➢ Site visits and when required to resolved site related issues.

➢ Operational knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, in design, sketch up and Revit (basic)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
