Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Taxation, GST compliance, and general accounting practices. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage statutory compliances, and support internal and external audits

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate deductions for TDS, PF, ESI, and professional tax, maintain payroll records and salary registers.

· Coordinate with HR on salary revisions, bonuses, and full & final settlements and handle payroll-related queries from employees.

· Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.

· Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Prepare and review financial reports for management.

· Find and fix any differences or errors in financial data.

· Keep financial records organized and up to date.

· Assist with Income Tax calculations, filings, and advance tax payments.

· Maintain records of invoices, credit/debit notes, and journal entries.

· Work with internal teams and external auditors for tax audits and assessments.

· Ensure all statutory compliance and deadlines are met.

· Stay updated with latest changes in GST and Direct Tax laws

Skills and Experience Required:

· 2 to 4 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of GST and taxation.

· Good understanding of Indian Tax Laws, TDS, GST, and payroll.

· Experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.

· Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

· Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
