We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and intercompany transactions.
Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and expense management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle GST/TDS/Income Tax filings.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Provide timely financial reports and insights to management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar).
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
