The Production Manager- is responsible for managing pharmaceutical and Cosmetics manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production while adhering to GMP, FDA, and drug regulatory compliance. The role involves production planning, batch execution, manpower supervision, and process optimization.
Preferred candidate profile:
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.
• 4-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and Pharma regulatory standards.
• Experience in managing pharmaceutical or cosmetic batch production and compliance.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
