Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Corporate Communication Executive to strengthen our network with leading corporate brands and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential corporate collaborations, managing brand databases, initiating contact with companies for event and promotional tie-ups, and setting up meetings to explore partnership opportunities. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to build lasting brand relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential corporate brands and organizations for partnerships, sponsorships, and event collaborations.
  • Maintain and update detailed brand and contact databases using Excel or CRM tools.
  • Initiate outreach through emails and calls to present event collaboration or brand promotion opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between internal teams and brand representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, events, production) to align communication and promotional efforts.
  • Follow up with brands to ensure smooth communication and closure of collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution of corporate events and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in client communication and professional calling etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good understanding of marketing and brand promotion concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
