We are looking for an experienced 
Lead
 
ServiceNow Developer
 to work with one of our leading U.K end client. The ideal candidate will bring deep platform expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to design scalable solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into robust ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging ServiceNow's full capabilities across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
  • Configure forms, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and dashboards for optimal user experience.
  • Develop both server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripts (Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages) using GlideAjax.
  • Build and maintain REST API integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Ensure system performance, proactively resolve issues, and support incident resolution.
  • Adhere to platform best practices including secure development, code reviews, and maintainable documentation.
  • Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow releases and actively contribute to platform optimisation.
  • Create performance analytics, reports, and visual dashboards aligned with business KPIs.
  • Support technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in core modules including 
    ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, SecOps
    .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Glide, Jelly), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, security, and development best practices.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote teams.
