We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM Engineer to join our Facade team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining 3D models for Curtain Walls, Cladding, GRC, or any External Facade Systems using Autodesk Revit. You will work closely with our Facade BIM Team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Facade Systems using Revit.
  • Perform Clash Detection and Resolve Issues using Navisworks.
  • Ensure that all BIM standards are adhered to in the creation of 3D models.
  • Produce detailed Shop Drawings for Facade Elements.
  • Generate schedules, and other required documentation from 3D models.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project models.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all changes are properly tracked and documented.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technology and software updates to maintain proficiency in the field.

Skills Required:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in creating 3D models using Revit software is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM concepts, practices, and software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest BIM technology and software updates.
