Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit BIM Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our engineering projects. This role will be pivotal in maintaining modeling standards, optimizing workflows, and ensuring quality and consistency across all Revit deliverables. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of BIM strategies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce COENGR's BIM standards, protocols, and best practices using Autodesk Revit and related tools.
  • Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Revit modeling, family creation, and template development.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Design Leads to deliver integrated and coordinated models.
  • Lead training and mentoring sessions for internal staff to enhance BIM capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Manage project BIM execution plans and ensure all stakeholders adhere to them.
  • Support bid and proposal efforts by contributing BIM input and visuals as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience with Revit in a professional setting, including at least 3 years in a BIM Management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM360.
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination and project delivery workflows.
  • Experience with UAE and GCC building codes and standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and other BIM international standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹50,000.00 per month
