Job Title: Lectora Consultant (Contractual)

Experience: 7–10 years

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Lectora Consultant to work directly with one of our global clients. The role combines hands-on eLearning development with consulting responsibilities, helping the client design and deliver impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning modules in Lectora Inspire/Online
  2. Provide consulting & solutioning support to client L&D teams
  3. Integrate multimedia (audio, video, graphics) for engaging learning experiences
  4. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/508) and LMS publishing
  5. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices in digital learning

Requirement:

  1. 4–8 years' experience in eLearning, with strong expertise in Lectora
  2. Proven client-facing/consulting experience in L&D or digital learning projects
  3. Solid understanding of SCORM/xAPI, LMS workflows, and responsive design
  4. Knowledge of Instructional Design principles & adult learning methodologies

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
