ABOUT THE ROLEUA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is looking for a friendly, self-motivated service professional who will be part of the business process support team reporting directly to our Operations Strategist and working closely with various business teams and the Director of Strategic Planning & Project Management, Operations. Your deliverables will be around Product Availability Communication working with specified vendors for product availability, communicating catalog styles, updating shipping status on new styles and replenishment, reviewing backorders, negotiating expedited shipping, and creating reports as assigned by the teams business partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Senior Business Process Support (BPS) Associate ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating between vendors and internal teams, maintaining accurate data, and sharing timely process updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track business orders, update shipment or product status in systems, and ensure timely communication of any changes.
- Maintain accurate operational data across Excel, SharePoint, and company systems, and prepare clear, timely reports that keep stakeholders informed on key updates and progress.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, follow up on discrepancies, and support issue resolution by sharing clear process details with managers or IT teams.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to prioritize deliverables, streamline workflows, and maintain consistency in daily operations.
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate business processes clearly and confidently across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven skill in documenting workflows through well-structured SOPs and flowcharts, ensuring process clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and focus.
- Highly proficient in Advanced Excel functions and comfortable using other Microsoft Office tools and company systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new applications.
- Demonstrates strong organization, time management, and accountability, maintaining a proactive and dependable work ethic while supporting team goals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication and a collaborative approach.
- 5-7 years of experience working in an English business support role.
- Experience using various Internet browsers.
- Good working knowledge and exposure using MS Excel for data handling.
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant Business Operations Administrative role involving cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Must be ready to work in the permanent shift from 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.
