About Us:

Royal Orchid Hotels is one of India's leading hospitality brands, known for excellence, comfort, and personalized service. We are expanding our operations in Bhuj and looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Controller to manage and oversee all financial activities at the property.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall hotel financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).

Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization measures.

Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and daily transactions.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Develop financial reports and MIS to support management decisions.

Lead and guide the finance team effectively.


Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, IDS/Opera, Excel).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
