Job Description

1) Looking after all the admin requirements in the office

2) Manage supplies, housekeeping, petty cash, etc

3) Coordinates between various departments

4) Posseses IT knowledge for in-house office networking and to cater to IT related issues

Qualifications

Skills:

The person should have hands on experience in Admin and be tech savvy

Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.

Presentable and smart and be comfortable in wearing western formals only

Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.

An effective communicator with good command over the English language.

Knowledge of MS Office, specifically be an expert in excel.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters/ any other relevant qualification

Previous Work Experience: Entry level- Mid level associates (1-5 years)

Additional Information

Salary Offered: No bar for the right candidate.
