Duties and Responsibilities:-
You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent for the company. This requires an understanding of challenges and requirements of Hospitality recruitment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identifying and understanding the staff requirements in various departments.
· Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
· Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
· Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
· Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation to offer rollout.
· Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
Job Requirements:
· BBA Graduate or MBA or Similar.
· Proven 2+ year work experience as a Talent source role in the Human Resource Department
· Preferably prior experience in the Hospitality industry.
· Extensive knowledge and understanding of candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques.
· Proficient in HR Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
· Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and HR databases
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive success in recruitment efforts
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Experience with interviewing techniques and other evaluation methods to assess job candidates
- Knowledgeable in local labor regulations, such as hiring procedures, work permits, and more.
