Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Gurugram. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their specific business needs, and providing tailored solutions using Dzylo's platform. Day-to-day tasks include generating and pursuing leads, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Consulting, including generating leads, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in working with project management or CRM platforms is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
