student housing and rental solutions startup

. With 50+ partner properties onboard, RoomAdda is building a trusted, hassle-free accommodation network for the youth.

Role Overview:

As a 
Business Development Intern
, you will play a key role in expanding RoomAdda's property network and strengthening partnerships. You'll gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and field operations — working closely with the founding team on real business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new PGs, flats, and hostels to the RoomAdda platform.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
  • Conduct field visits to analyze rental trends and customer preferences.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and data reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in handling on-field and client-facing roles.
  • Interest in startups, real estate, or business development.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive attitude.
