The Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping customers unlock the full value of Innovapptive's Connected Worker and EAM solutions by aligning
domain expertise in asset-intensive industries
with
any leading EAM platform
(SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Infor) or APM - GE Meridium or Bentley IVARA . The role bridges
business processes and technology
, ensuring maintenance, work management, and supply chain workflows are optimized end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Success in this position means delivering measurable improvements in asset reliability, workforce productivity, inventory accuracy, and compliance—while supporting customer adoption, ROI realization, and scalable solution expansion across sites.

Qualifications

5–7
years of direct experience in
plant operations, maintenance or reliability engineering
.

6-8
Years in end to end EAM or APM or solution consulting and delivering large transformation projects

CMRP certification is preferred but not essential.

People leading and mentoring (4- 6)

Client stake holder management.

Exposure to AI ,Gen AI and Agentic AI is plus

UCAT test
to qualify for the next round.
