Job Title: Lead Consultant – ISU (Device Management)-L3
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: India 
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
As a Lead Consultant in SAP ISU – Device Management (DM), you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and support projects in the utility's domain. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery. This role demands strong functional expertise in SAP ISU DM, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and guide project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead SAP ISU DM module implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

•    Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

•    Configure and customize SAP ISU DM processes including device installation, removal, replacement, meter reading, and device events.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, FICA, CRM, EDM) to ensure integrated solution delivery.

•    Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

•    Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.

•    Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

•    Ensure project milestones are met with high quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

•    Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ISU with a strong focus on Device Management.

•    Deep understanding of ISU DM processes and their integration with other ISU modules.

•    Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, customization, and functional documentation.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•    Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

•    SAP ISU certification (preferred).

•    Exposure to S/4HANA Utilities or SAP Cloud solutions.

•    Experience working with international clients and multi-location teams.
