A fast-growing, pan-Asian digital infrastructure provider is looking for a forward-thinking Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to drive research and development in software-defined power and next-generation data center electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:Lead innovation in electrical power systems, with a focus on optimizing stranded power in data centers. Collaborate with core engineering and design teams to develop cost-effective and scalable DC electrical designs.

Integrate new technologies into electrical infrastructure to reduce operational costs and improve performance. Conduct quarterly reviews of emerging technologies and their commercial viability. Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis using tools like MATLAB or COMSOL.Qualifications:Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Systems.

Strong experience in MV/LV/HV systems, AC/DC networks, and SCADA/power management tools. Proven background in condition monitoring and electrical system commissioning. Familiarity with R&D project environments and the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
