They are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate engineering leaders to drive cutting-edge power systems research and technology development.Role Overview :We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to spearhead R&D in electrical power systems, with a strong focus on software-defined power solutions, stranded power management, and cost-saving technology innovations.Key Responsibilities- Lead research and development initiatives in electrical power systems and software-defined power solutions- Drive technology innovation to improve cost efficiency and system reliability- Collaborate with design and engineering teams for new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications- Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB and COMSOL- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs- Perform quarterly reviews of technologies and commercial outcomes to guide R&D strategiesExperience & Masters / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering preferred)Experience: 10+ years in electrical engineering, design, and R&DMandatory: - Hands-on expertise in MATLAB and COMSOL for simulations and modeling- Strong background in power systems design, construction, and commissioning- Exposure to data center environments preferred (ref:iimjobs.com)
