Job Role

The person will oversee product lifecycle management for the products, leading procurement, inventory optimization, and vendor coordination to ensure product availability, timely launches, and operational efficiency across all retail touchpoints.

Key Deliverables

  • Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability to optimize product pricing.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to design promotions, bundles, and discounts.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable product supply and support.
  • Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service levels.
  • Manage the procurement planning and inventory levels to meet customer and business demands.
  • Track product availability, new launches, and end-of-life products to align with market needs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure pricing and procurement strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Support sales teams with updated product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing trends, procurement performance, and product profitability.
  • Recommend improvements based on insights from data analytics, sales trends, and customer demand.

Desired Candidate

  • Any graduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in product management, procurement, or pricing
  • Strong knowledge on MS Excel and other MIS reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
