Job Title: Business Development Executive – Management Sector Location: Travel may be required Industry: Management --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads among HNIs and NRIs for business opportunities fot our projects, and premium investments. Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, property developers, and luxury service providers. Pitch business proposals, services, and investment models to high-net-worth clients and NRI communities. Represent the company at hotel industry events, expos, and NRI summits to generate visibility and leads. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the single point of contact for HNA and NRI clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality industry developments. Prepare detailed reports on business performance, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience.
--- Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Hotel Management / Marketing or related field. 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or NRI-focused services. Strong understanding of the hotel management ecosystem and investment models. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to network with high-net-worth clients and global investors. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required. Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office suite.
--- Preferred: Previous experience dealing with NRIs or HNIs. Fluency in English
Experience in development projects.
