Senior advocate will be responsible for conducting online search

generating search and title reports, vetting of original documents etc.,

drafting of legal documents i.e.agreement, deed of assignment etc.

Should have an experience of English and Marathi Drafting.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in

Real estate.

Skills:

Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Internet is needed.

Good working knowledge of English and Marathi.

Good interpersonal skills to interact with local authorities with

Knowledge of Marathi Preferable.

knowledge of state-specific laws,Rules & Regulations

knowledge of intellectual Property laws.

Effective Management & soft skills.

Team Management
