Job Description: Commi 3 – Momo & Spring Roll Specialist

Position: Commi 3

Specialization: Momo & Spring Roll Preparation

Location: Gurugram.Haryana

Reports To: CDP / DCDP / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily preparation of momos and spring rolls, including dough preparation, stuffing, shaping, rolling, and steaming/frying.
  • Maintain portion sizes, consistency, and product quality as per kitchen standards.
  • Support the chef in mise-en-place, ensuring ingredients are cleaned, chopped, and prepped on time.
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment safely (steamers, fryers, gas ranges, etc.).
  • Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices at all times.
  • Label and store ingredients correctly to maintain freshness and avoid wastage.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and workstation organization.
  • Report any shortage of ingredients or equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure timely food preparation.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the senior chef or management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Momo or Spring Roll preparation (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Good speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance from seniors.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive work attitude.
